Over twenty years ago, Steel King identified the need for a container combining the cost savings of collapsible (but light duty) containers, with the durability of rigid (heavy duty) containers. The result was Steel King's first patented product, the Hold N' Fold container.

Because the Hold N' Fold can be collapsed when empty, by 3:1 or more, this container can dramatically reduce interplant shipping costs, and can save space within plants during periods of inactivity. The sides and decks can be constructed of a wide variety of materials, including corrugated steel, wire mesh, or expanded metal.

The Hold N' Fold corner columns and base structure are constructed of heavy duty steel tubing, yielding the rugged damage resistance normally found only in a rigid container. Unlike some light duty collapsible containers, the Hold N' Fold stacks securely when folded, eliminating the need to "band" empties for shipment. The Hold N' Fold is a long lasting, low maintenance, freight saving container.

Like all Steel King containers, the Hold N' Fold is designed and manufactured to customer specifications. Sizes, capacities, construction, quantities, and color are all variable. Typical capacities are 2000, 4000, or 6000 pounds each.
