"Steel King Industries, Incorporated, warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Steel King Industries also warrants that the products supplied by Steel King will be in accordance with written specifications and/or drawings supplied by the customer by Steel King Industries, Incorporated.
Any product found to be in noncompliance with the above statements within 1 year of the date of purchase will be repaired or replaced at no charge to the buyer. Repair or replacement will be at the option of Steel King Industries. Any products altered or repaired without written authorization from Steel King Industries to perform such repairs or alterations shall void this warranty.
This warranty applies only to the original buyer of the product. Normal wear and tear and use of the product for purposes or in configurations not originally intended will void this warranty. Defective components must be immediately removed from service, and Steel King must be notified immediately upon discovery of defect, and be given the opportunity to examine the alleged defect. Steel King Industries shall not be responsible for freight charges on replacement.
The foregoing warranty is the exclusive remedy of the buyer and in lieu of other express warranties and implied warranties, including, but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness of purpose. This warranty shall not extend beyond the duration of express warranty terms and conditions stated above. Steel King Industries shall not be liable for incident or consequential damages.
