Thank you for being our valued partners, and we appreciate your business as we all navigate these changing conditions. We recognize the need to continue to meet our customers’ needs, while still taking every precaution to keep our employees, customers and suppliers safe.

PRODUCTION FACILITIES:

• At present we are continuing to operate all plants on regular full shift schedules, following all guidelines indicated by the CDC.
• Our purchasing team is in constant contact with our key suppliers to monitor product availability and identify backup sources.

CUSTOMER SALES / SERVICE:

• As of July 6, we are beginning the transition of our customer service and engineering staff back to the office, following all guidelines indicated by the CDC. This will be a gradual transition, during which time many employees will still be operating remotely.
• Members of our Inside Sales team will continue to be available to support your needs during regular business hours.

ONSITE MEETINGS:

To continue to ensure the safety of all of our employees and associates, we will not be open for any onsite meetings until further notice.

Committed to Customer Service

As a critical supplier to many Essential Businesses, including companies that produce or distribute medical ventilators, food, groceries, and Defense products, Steel King too is an Essential Business under section 13.v and others.  Our Wisconsin plants in New London and Stevens Point will remain operating.

Steel King’s Georgia facility is also exempted as an Essential Business, and we will also remain operating in Rome.

In addition, Steel King has seen little disruption in our supply chain.

During this time, we also have a responsibility to support our communities, the healthcare providers who are on the front lines of this pandemic, and other essential operations, and we are proud to do our part.

To ensure that the health and safety of our employees and partners are not compromised, we will continue to monitor the situation closely and respond to this rapidly-evolving situation as needed.
