Limited Warranty on Steel King Structural Channel Bolted Pallet Rack

Steel King Industries, Incorporated, warrants that its structural channel bolted pallet rack upright frames will be free from fork lift truck damage for a period of two years from the date of purchase, subject to the inclusion of one of the following design feature packages:

a) An offset front column;
b) A double front reinforced column x 48″ high minimum, plus a heavy first horizontal brace.

Any upright frames with these features which are damaged by fork lift trucks within 2 years of the date of purchase will be repaired or replaced at no charge to the buyer. Repair or replacement will be at the option of Steel King. Any products altered or repaired without written authorization from Steel King to perform such alterations or repairs shall void this warranty.

This warranty applies only to the original buyer of the product. Use of the product for purposes or in configurations not originally intended will void the warranty. Defective components must be immediately removed from service, and Steel King must be notified immediately upon discovery of defect, and be given the opportunity to examine the alleged defect. Steel King shall not be responsible for freight charges on replacement.

The foregoing warranty is the exclusive remedy of the buyer and in lieu of other express warranties and implied warranties, including, but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness of purpose. This warranty shall not extend beyond the duration of express warranty terms and conditions stated above. Steel King shall not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
