Rack frames, columns, beams, flow rails (with wheels or rollers), and air control components are all part of the SK3500 MODURAIL^® system package. Standardized components allow for quick and accurate assembly. Temperatures varying from as low as -20^o F to +120^o F do not affect the reliability of SK3500 MODURAIL^®. The controlled flow of pallets produces zero line pressure at the discharge end, eliminating the need for costly separation devices. Pallet ramps and stops facilitate safe and efficient handling. System depth is virtually unlimited.		The pulsing air automatically moves loads safely along channel guide rails, preventing pallet jamming or hang ups within the lane. SK3500 MODURAIL^® needs no mechanical brakes to control flow speed. Flow varying load weights within the same lane. The air control system can be activated by radio frequency, infra red, fiber optics, photoeyes, or conventional switches. Virtually unlimited adjustability of flow speed.
SK3500 MODURAIL^® is a totally interchangeable flow storage system. Easily interchangeable wheels and rollers within the flow rails, on adjustable rack beams allow the flexibility to reconfigure the lanes to accommodate future load changes. Protects your investment.
