Columns / Frames are available in 3″, 4″, or 5″ structural channel steel for greater resistance to forklift impact and seismic forces.
Footpads are made of 7-gauge steel plates welded to each column to efficiently disperse floor loads, with heavier-duty options also available.
Manufactured from high-strength steel that is one-piece, seamless, and continuously welded with a full vertical weld.
Bracing consists of structural angle steel used for all horizontal and diagonal components within the frame.
Bolted beams are easily adjustable in 2″ vertical increments and use two bolts per connection for 57″ more strength than single-bolt designs.
Connector plates utilize heavy 7-gauge wrap-around steel to help square the rack and ensure a tighter connection.
Grade 5 hardware provides greater shear strength and is designed to exceed RMI standards.
