Floor-Mounted Freestanding Steel Rack Protectors

Primary Use: Heavy-duty front and side column protection at floor level.

Mounted directly to the floor in front of each upright, these freestanding steel column protectors are the most popular and cost-effective defense against forklift strikes. Finished in high-visibility safety yellow, these 12″ or 18″ heavy-duty guards absorb lower-leg impacts during loading and unloading. Snap-on protectors utilize a rack’s standard teardrop holes to snap securely into place without floor anchoring. Constructed from solid steel, they deflect impacts at floor level or higher up on the rack face. They can easily be removed, reinstalled, or relocated as your storage layout changes.

Welded-On Rack Protectors

Primary Use: Permanent, high-impact reinforcement tailored to custom heights.

For high-traffic industrial environments, these steel reinforcements are welded directly to the upright frame during manufacturing. They can be customized to lengths beyond 18″ to protect higher impact zones on the rack column.

Internal Upright Inserts

Pallet Load Stop Beams

Primary Use: Rear push-through protection and mandatory flue space compliance.

Pallet load stop beams prevent operators from accidentally pushing inventory off the back of a rack into aisles or adjacent rows. Additionally, safety stops maintain an open longitudinal flue space between double-row racks. This ventilation space allows overhead fire suppression sprinklers to penetrate stored goods during an emergency.
